Health Care CPR & AED external course

This CPR & AED update course is suitable for those working in the Health Care sector. Candidates are provided with updates on first aid and discuss medical emergencies including Stroke, Heart attack, Cardiac Arrest, Anaphylaxis, choking. They also perform a number of practical skills including CPR, recovery position, the use of adrenaline auto-injectors and defibrillators. The course can be molded to a clients individual needs. Paediatric First Aid Blended Learning

The Level 3 Paediatric First Aid bended learning course comprises of e-learning and 1 day classroom based face to face training. On booking the Paediatric First Aid blended learning course with LifeSaver Training we will issue you with log on details for the e-learning element of the course, you simply work your way through the course, along with the scenarios. Learners are assessed at the end of the on-line course by multiple-choice questions. Once the e-learning part of the course has been successfully completed you then attend the one day face to face training at our premises. On successful completion of both the e-learning and classroom based training you will be awarded the Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification (RQF). Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)

The Emergency First Aid at Work course complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. The course also cover the safe use of a defibrillator (AED). Successful students receive certificates to show that they are qualified to be an Emergency First Aider at work for the next three years. Course length: 1 day Candidates should wear suitable attire that will allow ease of movement as a lot of the practical sessions are performed from floor level.
