I have attended first aid training before, but this course had the best equipment, and role play using the lifesize manikins really helped the information sink in.

The instructor on this course provided intersting facts, to look for other methods of lifting rather than manual lifting, but when this wasn’t possible we where shown and practiced safe lifting techniques aimed to safeguard against possible injury.
