CPR updates are required for clinicians every 18 months and non-clinicians require 3 yearly training for QOF, yearly update training is recommended. LifeSaver Training offers a range of health care practitioners CPR, AED and Anaphylaxis training programmes, all our courses conform to current UK & ERC Resuscitation guidelines. A certificate of competence is provided to candidates at the end of each course.
The CPR & AED update course suitable for those working in the Health Care sector. Candidates are provided with updates on first aid and discuss medical emergencies including Stroke, Heart attack, Cardiac Arrest, Anaphylaxis, choking. They also perform a number of practical skills including CPR, recovery position, complete airway obstruction, the use of adrenaline auto-injectors and defibrillators. The training takes 2hrs. We require a minimum of 4 attendees to run this course.
