The First Aid at Work (statutory) course complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Successful students receive certificates to show that they are qualified to be First Aiders in the Workplace for the next three years. Course length: 3 days Candidates should wear suitable attire that will allow ease of movement as a lot of the practical sessions are performed from floor level. The Emergency First Aid at Work course complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. This is an external CPR & AED update course suitable for those working in the Health Care sector. Candidates are provided with updates on first aid anddiscuss medical emergencies including Stroke, Heart attack, Cardiac Arrest, Anaphylaxis, choking. They also perform a number of practical skills including CPR, recovery position, the use of adrenaline auto-injectors and defibrillators. The sessions are flexible and cater to a clients needs in time and content.
