    This is a FREE information session suitable for those wishing to learn more about becoming a Dementia Friend. Attendees are provided with information to help them understand a bit more about Dementia, what it's like to live with Dementia and the little ways you can help. The session is being held 10-11.00 on the first floor, please note we do not have disabled access at this venue. There will be Tea/Coffee and biscuit available.   • Paediatric First Aid (2 days)

    This two-day Level 3 Paediatric first aid course is ideal for those organisations and individuals that attend to children and infants and are required to take charge in the event of illness or accidents. This course meets the criteria for childcare providers in the UK. Course length: 2 days Candidates should wear suitable attire that will allow ease of movement as a lot of the practical sessions are performed from floor level.   • Anaphylaxis Training (1/2 Day)

    The Anaphylaxis training for schools, early years and community settings is a ½ day course. This course is designed to enable candidates to improve and update their knowledge in managing severe allergies, including early recognition of symptoms, allergen avoidance and crisis management. As well as gaining enhanced skills in the use of adrenaline injectors. This course can be run back to back with the CPR & AED ½ day course.
