Basic First Aid (4 hours)

The Basic First Aid course is 4 hours. The course covers theoretical and practical elements where candidates will learn how to perform CPR, assist a choking person, treat a bleeding wound, assist an unconscious breathing person and deal with shock and minor injuries.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to candidates who successfully complete the course.
Candidates should wear suitable attire that will allow ease of movement as a lot of the practical sessions are performed from floor level.
