Health Care CPR & AED external course

This is an external CPR & AED update course suitable for those working in the Health Care sector. Candidates are provided with updates on first aid and discuss medical emergencies including Stroke, Heart attack, Cardiac Arrest, Anaphylaxis, choking. They also perform a number of practical skills including CPR, recovery position, the use of adrenaline auto-injectors and defibrillators. The course can be molded to a clients individual needs.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)

The Emergency First Aid at Work course complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. The course also cover the safe use of a defibrillator (AED). Successful students receive certificates to show that they are qualified to be an Emergency First Aider at work for the next three years. Course length: 1 day Candidates should wear suitable attire that will allow ease of movement as a lot of the practical sessions are performed from floor level. First Aid at Work Initial (3 days)

The First Aid at Work (statutory) course complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
