RIDDOR reporting of COVID-19 to HSE Below are the guidelines provided by the Health & Safety Executive. You must only make a report under RIDDOR (The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013) when:  an unintended incident at work has led to someone’s possible or actual exposure to coronavirus. This must be reported as a dangerous occurrence. a worker has been diagnosed as having COVID 19 and there is reasonable evidence that it was caused by exposure at work. This must be reported as a case of disease. a worker dies as a result of occupational exposure to coronavirus. Coronavirus COVID-19 and First Aid Training

At LifeSaver Training we are always hyper-vigilant with regards to the cleanliness & hygiene of our training materials and premises, and in light of the coronavirus we have increased our cleaning regime, using anti-bacterial and anti-viral products. For those attending one of our various first aid courses we provide individual disposable face-shields for personal protection when performing mouth to mouth rescusitation on the CPR manikins. The manikins are cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes between individual student use. At the end of each course the CPR manikins are dismantalled and subjected to a stringent cleaning process, the used lungs are disposed of and news lungs fitted ready for the next course.
