Mental Health Awareness Training

Mental health in the workplace is a growing concern and the spotlight is on employers to evaluate the need, and provide adequate provision, for the mental health wellbeing of their staff. This may include training staff in the awareness of mental health issues and how to recognise signs and symptoms and provide support to someone who may be experiencing mental health issues. LifeSaver Training offers the Emergency First Response half day Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Distinctive course.

Anaphylaxis Training

We offer Anahylaxis training at our premises in Liverpool and at clients premises around the North West. The training can be tailored to your individual needs Anaphylaxis training ranges from a 1hr introduction course to a 4hr course which includings CPR training.

Health Care Professionals CPR & AED Training

CPR updates are required for clinicians every 18 months and non-clinicians require 3 yearly training for QOF, yearly update training is recommended. LifeSaver Training offers a range of health care practitioners CPR,  AED and Anaphylaxis training programmes, all our courses conform to current UK & ERC Resuscitation guidelines.  A certificate of competence is provided to candidates at the end of each course.

Published on 4 November 2020, the latest HSE statistics on work-related health and safety in Great Britain include the following key annual figures (2019/20): The statistics show that Great Britain is still one of the safest places in the world to work with the lowest number of deaths on record. However, more than half of Britain’s working days lost in 2019/20 were due to mental ill health.
